Thanks for shopping Enjoy every day FREE SHIPPING on all domestic (within the continental United States) flag orders over $49. This specific promotion requires that the order is comprised solely of flags and exceeds $49 after all discounts have been applied.

Any FREE SHIPPING specials offered on our site do not include item(s) that require USPS shipping upgrades to Priority Mail due to a product’s weight, size and/or inability to fold. Such items include, but are not limited to Yard DeSigns, MatMates, Mailbox Wraps, Rubber Tray Mats and Flags Accessories such as Stands, Poles, Brackets, Stakes, Arbors, Hangers, and Rubber Tray Mats. Additional shipping fees apply to such items because they are required to be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

All orders from $1 to $49 are charged a standard shipping fee of $4.95. Only domestic flag orders (composed solely of flags) exceeding $49 after applied discounts qualify to have the standard shipping fee waived.

Our standard shipping fee of $4.95 only covers the mailing cost of flags. Most items outside our house and garden flags require additional shipping fees due to their weight, size and/or inability to fold and are shipped USPS Priority Mail.

All In-Stock Orders ship fast – within one to two days of the order being placed (holidays and weekends may add extra delivery time). Standard Ground Service requires 5-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking number that will allow you to check on the status of your order.

We ship via USPS to any continental U.S. destination or Canada – We do not ship International orders other than to Canada. Since orders to Canada are considered international, they require an additional shipping cost and are not included in any FREE SHIPPING offer.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories may ship airfreight at an additional cost.

All Express Service orders must be received by 1:30 PM Central Standard Time. Orders being shipped by Express Service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories will be shipped via airfreight.

When shipping items on the same order to multiple addresses, you will be charged $5.00 for each additional ship-to address.

Some of our merchandise requires additional shipping charges for heavy or over-sized items. Exclusions: ** Certain products, due to weight and shipping restrictions, are excluded from the FREE SHIPPING offers. These products may include Heavy Items & Flag Accessories such as; stands, poles, brackets, stakes, arbors, hangers, and Rubber Tray Mats. **

We ship to any continental U.S. destination and Canada via USPS and UPS. We do not provide international shipping. Basic shipping cost to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada is $9.95 but may require additional shipping cost for over-sized packages and orders valued over $215.00 which will be shown at checkout. Canada orders which are international (or if an oversized package) will require additional shipping cost and is not included in FREE Shipping offer.

Since we are a business operating in Michigan, we are required by law to collect sales tax of 6% for items purchased within the state of Michigan.

Please keep your order confirmation number. You will need it in the event you wish to cancel or check the status of your order. If your order has not already been shipped, we can cancel it. To do so, please contact us immediately at 574-208-2405. If your order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel it. Once a package has been shipped to the customers shipping address, it becomes the responsibility of the customer if the package is lost or stolen. If this occurs, then contact us by phone or email and we will provide you with the Label ID number to give to the USPS for them to further locate the package. Once an item ships from one of our warehouses it becomes the responsibility of either USPS or UPS to track and locate the package.
